Counselor Trainee

Hello there! My name is Laura Wodarcyk and I’m a graduate student at John Carroll University located in Cleveland. Right now, I’m working towards obtaining my Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and am gaining clinical experience by interning at Rivers and Roads!

My passion is to provide clients in the Ohio Valley with a safe, comfortable environment that allows them to express their thoughts and feelings freely without judgment. I want to be able to assist clients in navigating through the hard parts of life and coming out the other side with a fresh, new perspective!

As a future counselor, my goal is to become certified in substance use disorder treatments as well as treatments specialized for those who are on the schizophrenia spectrum.
